FAQs
Common Inquiries
What services do you provide?
I offer a range of postpartum services including emotional support, physical comfort measures, holistic infant care education, herbal and nutritional guidance, and infant feeding support tailored to meet each family's unique needs.
What is a Holistic Postpartum Practitioner/ Postpartum doula, and how can hiring one help me?
A postpartum doula can help ease your transition into parenthood by providing practical support, evidence based suggestions, a listening ear, and referrals when needed, ensuring you feel confident and cared for during this time.
Studies show that having doula support in the postpartum time is associated with up to 57.5% lower odds of experiencing postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety (PPD/PPA), increased breastfeeding success rates, and overall better mental well-being and lower anxiety.
Do you offer virtual support?
Yes, I offer virtual consultations and support sessions to connect with families who prefer a more hands-off approach, or are outside my physical services area.
