Service Description
This plan includes one 2 hour prenatal visit in which we discuss and lay out a postpartum strategy. Each visit brings a blend of comprehensive in-home postpartum support, that can include: -Recovery care -Birth story processing -Newborn and Postpartum education -Bottle and Breastfeeding guidance -Herbal and Nutritional support -Babywearing Education -Light Housekeeping (baby's laundry, tidying up, bottle washing) -Baby care while parents rest -Physical and emotional comfort measures (gentle bodywork and movement, belly binding, sitz baths, guided breathwork, judgement-free listening, etc.) -Community resources This is YOUR postpartum- and you deserve to feel Held, Honored, and Nourished.
